Cobratype Computers is hosting the first-ever collegiate/high school Valorant LAN tournament at the MidAmerican Recplex.

Cobratype Computers is hosting a Valorant LAN tournament on Saturday, July 30 at the MidAmerican Recplex. The tournament will take place from 10am-6pm and will feature the top competitors from Iowa State University, University of Iowa, Grand View University, Simpson College, Hoover North High School, and Roosevelt High School.

 

This LAN event is the first of its kind to take place at the state-of-the-art gaming lounge at the RecPlex, drawing in renowned Valorant teams from across the state. The expectation for the level of competition is high, as most of these teams travel to tournaments across the region often to showcase their talents. This is an event that gamers and Esports fans will not want to miss! As the interest in competitive gaming continues to grow among Millennials, Generation Z, and Generation Alpha, spectating an event like this is a thrilling entry into the Esports scene.
